Another option is to tap the motor for M4 screws which a lot of people have done. However, I'm still using M3 screws. Still holding up so far...

Does the 2.0 use exactly the same shocks as the 1.0??

Could do with spares and either the shock spares box or full spare set look tempting, but are from the 1.0, wondered if they are a direct fit?

Has anyone found a better way than standard of changing batteries? 3 Velcro straps and bloody solid connectors are taking me ages to get through in races where I have to change?!

Yes, they are the exact same part numbers.

There is the 1/8th electric conversion thread where guys have designed, or have started to design, some quick change battery setups.

So I bought a Turnigy batter pack and the accuel 6 charger for my 8ight e 2.0.

I need to do some wiring and wanted to know if I have this correct.

Charger male ec5 to batter ec5 female to esc ec5 male(already wired out of the box).

this sound right?

Thanks

It looks like they took everyone's advice and put the steel inserts in the chassis for the droop screws.

My converted 1.0 is due for a new chassis. I'd buy a BCE if they made an "E" specific version.

And that would be minus the 2 additional holes the current Nitro chassis has?

Does the tekin t8 motor bolt up to the losi mount without mods? If no what mods are necessary?
