what kind of speed is your buggy geared for? i've found on my buggy when i'm geared slow(around 30MPH) it's hard to bring the front end up. but if i'm geared faster (35ish and up) it's easier to bring the front end up. that was with a tekno clutch set up too. i'm going to try direct drive and i know that may change that some IDK. hope this helps.

Though I don't have that problem (quite the opposite if any) just accelerate as you are going off the jump and the the nose will already stick up. I use green springs all around, and 55 wt shock oil with stock pistons.

Agreed, whenever I have trouble with the nose diving what I do to correct is DEcellerate at the base or before the jump then accelerate while on the jump face which will keep your nose in the air (in theory) after take off.

Sounds like you need to blip the throttle a bit more on the take-offs or you are too soft on the front suspension compared to the rear. I personally urn the green springs front due to the extra weight the E-coversion puts on the front of the vehicle. This will help a lot with take-off.

When I first started driving mine, I would nose over on allmost every jump. I started NOT letting off of the throttle all the way. My car won't "coast" over any jump. It took a little time to get use to it but now not manny problems.
If you are talking about adjusting the attitude of the car in-air, I can do back flips if I nail the throttle.

I am talking about in air adjustments. My car has no ability to raise the nose. It doesn't jump nose down but i can't do anything if i jump nose up because it only drops the nose a ton and i can't bring it back at all.

Maybe we need to know more about your set-up to help you.

I'd guess at this point you don't have enough power going to the front diff. Give us diff gear oil weights and whether you are running a smart diff or not. Maybe try to spin it up with all tires off the ground and see if all tires balloon the same.

Hi all, I just picked up a converted 8-e with a novak 6.5 and two losi 7.4,5000 pack. The guy at the track coudn't keep the motor from thermo locking. The gearing is 45spur and 15pinion. I think the gearing is the issue cause the batteries and speed control dont very hot. Any thoughts or suggestion would be appreciated
