I asked this same question and was told that it is the same body. I guess they punch the holes 2mm shifted on each end? When is Pro-line going to make an E-body? Ever??

I got mine at amain. They told me how many were backordered. 1 of the kits were 2 backordered. And I had 1 so.

I actually believe it or not I backordered all of these. So I can decide before they ship out I will have my name on one of each of these. If Im still confused I will buy them all and wait to see how people like them then return the others I dont want. I only need 1 combo, lol. I know stupid idea but its how I work.

Im thinking the Truggy 2250 or 2000 depending on how my bros Castle 22000 on 5S works this weekend. I will be using 5S also. So. I backordered a hotwire and they are instock now with my name on one of them. Will be used in my buggy.

I think i am also going to order a truggy motor. Probably the 1350 truggy for use in my buggy with a 6s pack.

And thanks for reminding me that amain backorders without charging.

Im just put both the 1350 truggy and the 1400 buggy on order and will decide later.

I just got the 8ight-E body and the front/rear posts are a bit tight, but it works. I think it was designed inbetween to work with both the 1.0 and 2.0 chassis. If anything, worst comes to worst, you'll only have to slot the rear bodyhole post a little more.

Slot the rear one no matter what. The chassis will flex and the post will rip right through the back of the hole.

I justed checked my emails and on 27 feb I asked our team manager and he told me 1 april. I just checked fastserve (horizons dealer site) and they list March 31 as having it in stock.

I can agree with this statement as it took me tearing two bodies to find this out.

I don't have enough time on my 2.0 to give a solid opinion yet. But I have had quite a good amount of time with my 1.0 E8ight I have been running the nitro truhe setup but I stiffened up the shock oil in the back to 27.5w
It seams to work well for me.
However I bounce around alot with center diff oil from 5000-6000-7000.
I have not found the perfect feel yet. The power deilverly is just different in an EP buggy it is hard to know if its the instant torque, my driving or just the fact that it is EP.
I'm trying to decide if the new losi diffs will help me.
It's hard to justify $80 for a diff

I have used this before with great success.
I dremel out the rear mount to almost nothing left on the back then apply this tape it works great.

I bumped my E setup to 45 oil and green springs in the front and 30 oil with black springs in the rear.
This is one step higher than the kit setup on everything since it is quite a bit heavier than the nitro. Works really nice, still bottoms out on the huge OCRC jumps but so does everybody else.

Also just got a new E body and the body mount hole in the rear was already elongated a bunch to allow for chassis flex and to fit the 2.0, it also came with an extra lexan tab to put on over the rear body post to help protect the body in that area.

Phone quality pic but you get the idea.

How's the turning with that setup? I've been testing green front & black rear and it works on big tracks, but on tight tracks my car doesn't lean enough to turn sharply.

If you put stiffer springs on you usually can afford to lighten up sway bars. Just a thought. Although a stiffer rear sway and/or springs usually gives more on power throttle. Softer sway in front gives more entry cornering and some mid throttle steering.
