Makeshift under trays
Hi All,
Recently I got hold of a Kyosho ZX-5 and would like to get a lexen under tray for it. Unfortunately they are a little hard to come by here in AUS (I've been told they don't exist), so I was thinking of making one myself.
Many years ago, I remember a company had something out called tough stuff, basically an adheasive plastic film that you could stick to the bottom of your car, does anyone know if this still exists today? (or something similar)
Failing that, I was thinking of cutting out some tough fabric, like reversing some velco and attacking it to the bottom of the tray.
Has anyone else done something similar?

You can also use laminating material that you can get at office supply stores.
Team Associated makes it; Part Number 9787

you could use lexan also in .030" size from mcmaster-carr. they pretty much sell everything.
85585K17 is the part number if you google "mcmaster 85585K17" you'll go right to it.

Cheers for the help.
dr_hfuhu, I would buy that undertray in a second but for the fact that I'm in Australia.
Some people have suggested a B44 undertray will fit with some modifications. I have a B44 at home so I'll see how it goes. Will certainly be easier to get Associated parts.
