Problem with my t-maxx

I notice there is a speed decrease with my t-maxx. Last time I play with it I cracked the gas tank open, now I replaced it and there is a slight speed decrease. Can the glow plug have something to do with speed? because I havent replace it yet ever since I break it in. What types of stuff should i check?

Problem with my t-maxx

BIGGERSTUFF;

If you had a Cracked Fuel Tank and recently replaced it. You should readjust the High Speed (Top end) needle setting on the Engine.

Follow the instruction manual for adjusting.

if the tank you bought is larger than the original the return pressure from the muffler might be reduced, either way adjust your high speed needle and your low speed if it requires it... i dont think it will. As for your glow plug, take it out and see how well it glows and replace it if it needs it ( i have airplanes and trucks and have never replace my glowplug on my airplane for 3 years, but truck plugs will tend to go faster). Also check the power going into the plug, is the glow's batterie charged? The T-maxx has an easy-start right? because if it does charge the battery for it, and if that doesnt work maybe a cell is bad.
