Default rc10t4 13.5 gearing

Making the switch from on-road to off-road because there is a track much closer. I'm going to run my 13.5 in my t4 just to get used to the switch. What gearing should I run on a 1/8 scale hard packed clay track? Thanks for the help.

I run a 78/27 with trakpower 4900mah lipo, GTB esc and a Orion 13.5. With a novak I run a 78/28.

Thumbs up Gear

I would run a 78 spur and play with pinion size until you find what you need.Just keep a check on motor and esc temps.
