Default MOTOR NEEDED: Something faster than CM5700 on 3s Lipo??

I have a MM with a CM5700 motor in my FT T4 on Maxamps 6000mah 3s. I am running to hot for my tastes and actually have not quenced my thirst for speed. I want a motor that is FASTER than my 5700 and hopefully has better temp control. Is there such a thing on the market? Also I think my 5700 has lost a little zip do to thermals I believe. I have not had too many cutouts but its hot where I live and high temps are inevitable this time a year. I have a temp gun and I try to keep an eye on it but the temps have snuck up on me a few times. I think a new motor is in order...and I need suggestions. Cheaper is better but if I have to spend the big bucks I will. Oh yea....Im a basher, sure thats obvious. lol

Do you have a fan/heatsink on the motor? That would help you out a bit!

Just trying to help!

So if I get this Neu it would be faster and cooler than the CM5700

Model# 1509/1D 6700KV 7.48/7.94 2.1 0.002 6 $205

and capable of 3s lipo???

Does it still take forever to get one of these motors?

Call Neu they are very helpfull and will help you out. Yes it will be faster and coller than your 5700. You might have to drill out the hole in your pinions to 5mm but no big deal. Ask them whst size out put shaft.

6700kv on 3s Lipo?? You had better get transmission gears made out of Diamond, because this thing is going to rip...

Well, whatever makes you happy!

Why do you need a faster motor? More RPM will not do anything for you except lower the efficiency of your system (more heat, not much more power).

Just gear up.

If you wanna go faster (top end speed) that is.

Get a higher discharge rating battery and set traction control to disabled if you want to have better acceleration.
