Default ROAR Nationals Bids for '09

ROAR Nationals Bids ....... It is once again that time of the year, bid season for all '09 ROAR National Championship races. Tracks owners you only have a couple of weeks left to get those bids in. Bids are due by 7/31/2008. If your a racer and interested in the posibilities of your home track hosting next years ROAR National for your genere of racing then talk to your tracks owner and let them know this.

If you interested in bidding and don't know what to do it's fairly simple. Start by downloading the following from the ROAR website, RMT Nationals Guidlines, Sanction Form and the Template for Bid for National Championships. Read the complete RMT Nationals Guidlines first. This will direct you as to what you need to do and be aware of for your bid. Once you've completed reading the RMT Nationals Guidlines you'll need to complete/create your bid. Use the template that ROAR provides, that's what it is for. Complete everything in the bid to the best of your abilities and be as informative as possible thru your bid in regards to the bidding facility. Make sure you have the sanction form filled and signed by your region director. All bids must contain a signed sanction application. Once you have everything filled out and ready to go email it to the ROAR Competition Director, Ruben Benitez at [email protected]

To all our bidders, thanks for supporting ROAR, happy bidding and good luck!!!

J_P ...... East of the Mississippi can happen if a track east of the Mississippi send in a bid. Let your local tracks know you'd like to see them bid.

Give it to the best track regardless of location.

ARC Raceway southern california lol i know it wont happen because we just had the nats here but its perfect... the track above looks nice but will it have enough room for all the team tents food set ups, or pitting with all the ez-ups and trailers that is probably the most major thing for holding a big race such as the nationals...beaumont was perfect they were even able to bring in the helicoptor for some camera rides ....

The Plex held the Carpet Nationals this year. We have 175 indoor, air conditioned, 4-foot pit spaces. We also have enough room around our building for anyone that wants to pit outside.

below is an old picture from 06, so the track you see is not where it is now, but it'll give you an idea of parking and space.

It's all good.

Here's our fully handicap accessible, 40-foot, drivers stand.

One of my favorite pics of our track...I know its nitro, but it gives an idea of the elevation changes and the overall visibility from the drivers stand.
