I dont think so. But we have a few Kyosho drivers who will be here racing, I make bets they have every part known to man in their box.

Yes weather looks sweet so far. Mid 70's and sunny. Who could ask for more? Just an FYI for you guys who are coming, the door prizes and raffles.....all I can say is HOLY CRAP! We have some awesome gifts to give away! We are talking thousands of dollars worth of stuff. Some small items to, but there is a real nice selection of top of the line prizes. Wish I could win some of this stuff. I am just guessing, but off the top of my head there are at least 5 gifts that are over $300 each and dozens of items between $100 - $175.

For that reason I am going to mention a huge thanks to our sponsors: Fantom Racing, Team Orion, HPI Racing, Hot Bodies, Great Planes and Tower Hobbies, Panther Racing, and Novak Racing. Also there are dozens of local sponsors for this race such as: BP Gas, Logans Steakhouse, Weller Automotive, NAPA, and a dozen others I can't remember right now. The support for this race has been overwhelming, thanks to everyone who chipped in to make this a special event!

Thanks Uncle E and NormFlip for changing the layout of the track today. Was nice that you took the time to run on it to make sure that the layout actually worked well instead of finding out on race day that it sucks!

6 - 17.5 Brushless Motors
1 - 13.5 Brushless Motor
1 - 8.5 Modified Brushless Motor

Prices will be discounted off of list price for this ROAR event only. Prices are as follows:

The Fantom packs are brand new, I will check with the owner to verify they have been submited for ROAR approval. I honestly dont know how the approvals for ROAR work (nor do I want to know) so I cant comment on the status of that, but I will check for you.

We have 25+ preregistered entries, but we are expecting 100+ racers from the sounds of it. If at all possible we plan on doing a one day race program. Only if we get a huge number of entries (like over 250+ entries) will we have to go into a second day. Cant give a definate answer on this until we see how many entries we get on Friday and Saturday.

Ok I have a good answer for this question now Neil. All of the Fantom motors and battery packs should be ROAR approved under the OEM rules of ROAR (meaning the products used by Fantom are built by other companies and the ROAR approvals from those other companies apply to the products Fantom sells).

From what I can tell Castle products have never been approved for ROAR. If you read the thread for Region 8 Regional Champ race you will see the great debate for the Mambas.
