Well, I cant see what type of connectors are on that charger? The easiest thing would probably be to put a Deans on the balancer and on the charger. What I would do, because I wouldnt cut those bullet connectors off of that balancer, get you some female 4mm bullet connectors and then make a Deans "jig" that you can take on and off the balancer. But please tell whats already on the charger?

The charger has banana jacks on it. Simply plug in the balancer to the output banana jacks of the charger and your good to go.

The 4mm banana plugs connect to your charger and the small 2mm plugs connect to your battery. You battery needs to have banana jacks for it to work. Appropriate batteries are the CheckPoint, TrackPower, Orion and similar batteries. The MaxAmps batteries won't work; however, the balance cable is removable and you can get cables appropriate for the MaxAmps style balancing port.

I use the Ice charger and the CheckPoint balancer. They are simple to use. Simply make the connections from your charger to the balance charger to the battery. The CheckPoint balancer has a button that allows you to select balance mode or charge thru mode. The balance mode simply discharges the high voltage cell(s) until all the cells are within a voltage threshold. The charge thru mode balances while charging.

Good luck.

Ah, so on the end of those two wires that you cant see are female banana plugs? Well that makes it easy, but if that were the case I dont think he would be asking how to connect them then? Im confused now. I thought he just couldnt connect the balancer to the charger, so its the battery to the balancer hes having trouoble with?
