Thumbs up New Losi 1/10th Slider RTR

I just noticed that Losi has released a 1/10th slider now. I didn't care much to have a mini slider but now that they have a 1/10th one I wouldn't mind it.

I would like to throw a brushless system in one and go do some drifting...

Looks cool but can they ever design something new from the ground up?
What's next a XXX-T with a canopy and rotors? The Matt Francis Heli edition

or maybe some pontoons and a prop, Losi Splash!!!

Why should they design a new platform if they have one that will do already?

a losi splash would be pretty cool I could take it to the lake and do land and water.... dialed......

I have a feeling we will see these at my local carpet oval this winter. The Mini-Sliders went almost straight to carpet, I think these will also. I want to see how one compares to my Custom Works. Obviously half the price for RTR vs twice the price with no electronics makes this a good value if the chassis can perform. I like the idea of aluminum shocks and they look like other Losi springs will fit. Arms look like a Losi XXX arm or possibly XXXT. If so, parts will be easy to get. The body being like the mini with removeable panels also makes it easy to work on.

Looking good Losi......................

I built a small backyard track back in January of this year and now I'm thinking I might close off the infield jumps and just run a dirt oval for a little while. It would be a nice break from all the nitro fumes and would be kinda fun drifting around the turns...........
