Thanks Cain - I'll give him a call.

I talked to Tim@MRC & he's going to fix me up. I'm very pleased because I know MRC & everywhere I checked is out of stock for the older SB body. I tried the V2 body & it does not fit. Tim also had some tips for me that I was unaware of. Great service. Thanks!

I added bearings to the steering. Radio gear is installed. Reglued the Fusion tires & have them on. Waiting for the body to come in. I want to run it but I don't want to screw up the graphite.

Bought the threaded B4 shock bodies & am changing over. Anyone have a shock setup with the B4 shocks? Pistons & oil.
I put 35w & #2 in the front & it feels soft, but thats with the brown springs. I'll probably try the next size spring. BC

try silver rear, green fronts for springs.

As for shock oil. I went with 32.5W front, and 27.5W rear, Trinity oil. I would say you could do 30W all around to start, #2 piston front, #1 rear.

I'd pass on this 4wd, b44 or lazer zx-5 sp..... or HB d4 we if you like purples.

Just for a starting place I checked setup sheets for the B44 & your setup is almost identical except reverse the springs.

I still plan to get some pics later. Thanks, BC

Yup. When we first started with the SB Pro V1s, with the stock shocks we used the #3 and #4 teflon pistons and AE silver rears, AE green fronts. This worked well.

when I did use AE shocks, I started with the BJ4 setup for shocks and had decent performance too.

I got the body & gears today. thank Tim@MRC

Also for the setup sheets!

Next on the mod list will be rear droop.

Yeah, the rear droop was another hot mod that I forgot to implement... I think I was just scared of screwing up the chassis with my butter fingers...
