Default Are parts from Hyper 7, 8, and 8.5 interchangeable?

I am looking at a Hyper 7 Pro and am worried about getting parts for the wearing parts over the next couple of years. I am doing a brushless conversion and I sure that there will be broken drive train parts and I don't want to invest in this OLDER buggy if I wont be able to get parts for at least a couple years. Do you think I should buy such a old buggy. Your help is appreciated.
