Exclamation asso/lowi rear wheel on a Tamiya car????

Is it possible to adapt some rear B3 wheels on a Tamiya car by removing the Hex hubs (the axles diameter are different but perhaps it works)
thanks

Tamiya axles are metric, Losi and Associated are standard, wont work without drilling out the mounting hole, which would make it unbalanced most likely.
