Fioroni's just like the RB filter.....or the OFNA aluminum ones.

I like the Ofna plastic filter. It's lighter than the aluminum one so it's less likely to fall off in a big hit. Also it has a safety wire nub to secure it better so it is really hard to pop off. And at $5.95 each it's a good deal.

I just use the one that came with the kit. It's never fallen off on me(and I don't even use a zip tie to hold it on), and replacement elements are cheap...$8 for 4.

seen that all type of filter is using double layer foam, is it a must..?? seem that this type of filter is too big, the body shell will hit it and the filter will hit the throttle linkage.
is there any new design filter that use only one layer but functioning as the two layer type..!!

I use the OS filter. I like it. On my Mugen I'm running the stock Mugen one and it's great. On my Drake I use a Motorasver and like it as well. I don't really think there is a bad one out there.

The mugen filter is as good as it gets. Run a TTR prefilter, and lube both the filter and pre filter with AE oil, and you'll never have a problem with it.

I use a k&n filter on my mayhem pro But i'm not sure if it's a good idea or not ...it does'nt hit the linkage, that's why I run it but it does'nt have all them layers like the standard 1/8 scale filters..is it a bad idea to run the k&n?
