Tonight I was at Fastcats, and went outside to check the progress of the outdoor offroad track.

WOW !!!!!

It is going to be unbelievable, first of all it is going to be HUGE !!!!
looking from the corner table top across the track, it has to be about 180 feet!!!

and John told me it is only for 10th scale electric, probably 8th scale also.

There is still work to be done on it, but you can see what it is shaping up to be.

okay, this is from memory so this is a walk though as i remember it,

-start in front of drivers stand (soon to be built) - left to right - about 120 feet straight away
-long sweeper to left to back corner, continues around now going to the left - small straight - medium jump - straight - chicane right then left - then right -then left to table top up to left - down - straight - big double jump - straight - tight right hander - straight - huge triple - (or double , single - tight left hander - onto straight.

(this description doesn't do it justice)

look like a nice combo of speed and technical track.

This track is going to spoil us,

You have to check it out.

Can't wait to race on it!!!!!!

Thanks for the update Richard.

I am looking forward to running on this track. Fastcats always goes the extra mile and I am sure that this track will be great!

When will it open? August?

I popped by there last night too to check up on it. I forgot to snap a few pictures though as I had my kid sleeping in the car and I was only there few a minute or two. The layout looks amazing! The track is really taking shape and just needs some grooming and some pipe. Can't wait for it to open!
