Default Trinity Reference packs?

How will the Trinity Reference 3600 pack do in a brushless DI and a brushless revo? 6 cells in the DI and 12 in the Revo... Oh and itll be used both 6cells and 12cells in a stampede. Mamba Max ESC in all of them. DI has a 5700, stampede a VXL, and Revo a Mega ACN22/30/1. What is a good 2s lipo I could get for under $50 a piece that could run the Revo as well?

I dont where you can buy these, but when Intellect first announced their lipos they were priced at about half of what any other 5000mAh lipo is.

I have found their 4000s for $56 a piece but I don't think they will fit in my TL-01 which is my new race project... DTX 4200 packs are too big for it. I have found Yeah Racing lipos which are hard case and fit in all Tamiya chassis but I have not yet heard any strong review on either of their packs.

That Trinity pack you were asking about is I'm pretty sure just a re-badged version of that same carbon fiber looking lipo that a number of companies are selling now. If you can find it for a good price and it fits, buy it. Trinitys' not going to put their name on junk.

No the reference packs are nimh. They are only $24 for a 3600 pack. I don't want to spend more than $100 on batteries so if I go lipo I want them for under $55 or so a piece... Right now I have found Protek and Yeah racing.

Sounds like cost is your main concern? Look at Hobby City, you can find some dirt cheap lipos there! I run some of theirs in my Mini Inferno and theyre great.

I was looking at the Zippys but they won't fit into my TL01 chassis... I think the Proteks will and I know the yeah racing and orion carbon will.

Does nobody know about the Refernce packs? I mean I trust Trinity products but only $24 for a 3600 pack is pretty outstanding to me...
