The Ae-8 is a R/c race car , designed to win races...

That is why I want one ...
Maybe you should try racing it

No i was saying that they (Nitros) spit oil all over the place, that tends to like to stick to dirt, or the other way around. I was not talking about sportsmanship.

Plus i said nothing about the Slash. 4wd Elec is what i wanted for Team A. In the 200.00 to 250.00 range would have stole the show. Everyone would have been jumping the Slashs ship then. But now we just got another high priced nitro that the masses won't be able to afford. There wont be tons of them sold assuring alot of compition at the local track so the hype pritty much died with this unvaling. Once agin, very nice looking truck but way off the charts for what "most" people are looking for. Watch!!! The Slayer sales are going to be low as well, but that new thread title is going to keep reading. Hi guys I just got a Slash and I'm new here....... LOL

I think 2wd you would see more finesse driving as you don't have all four wheels pulling you out of trouble like in 1/8. Kind of like how people say 2wd buggy will make you a better driver?

As for Ae vehicle, I would say that it will probably run against Traxxas Slayer. So there could be a good sized market for it.

Me personally, I am curious to see what I would need to turn an RC8 into this truck.

Major , likewise, clean as in sportsmanship....

Think you should not pit the Slash against this ride , they are two different class`s, both will be fun...
Sure, most likely there will be more Slash`s in the beginning .
After time how ever, I`ll bet you many Slash racers will what to step up to a Sc-8 .
The performance the Sc-8 offers will be the reason why ...
Addicting going 50mph over really big jumps , ect ...

With the way the economy is, I don't think the SC8 along with the Slayer will sell as much as the Slash's have sold. Why? The SC8 will likely be way more expensive than it should be, and with the cost of fuel and other nessecities, it just ain't worth it.

No thank you, I will stick with my Slash.

The SC-8 is a beaut. Wonder if the parts and such will hold up compared to the Slash. The Slashs' seems to take quite a beating. I've yet to see one break...

The SC-8 would definitely be my next choice in RC purchase, is this thing out yet? If not, when???

I really dig it. The stance seems wider in this shot from the CORR race, than it did in their stock photos on the site...it seemed narrower in those.

If only I was already set up for nitro. Such a bummer!
