Yeah, I thought this past weekend was going to be the SC8's first time out in public at some major race?

Any confirmation if it's electric or nitro? Wish it would be electric, but I am not holding my breath.

Looking for more info too. I figure it will be nitro, but, if its is based on the RC8, should be some nice conversions for it.

If you show up at the Pomona CORR event this weekend, all questions will be answered.

But it CAN be.

And, is it a PRO2 Version?

Anyone spot front driveshafts?

Cool! Maybe those of us with electric RC8's already can just get the wheels, roll cage and body and slap em on. Hard to tell if there are any other major chassis changes (look like shock towers? hopefully same shocks)

Shame such a good looking truck was ruined by being nitro. I won't be spending my money on it. It's a pitiful waste to even think about buying something to just have to spend more money to convert it to brushless/lipo.

Associated is good about making Factory Team Kits. So hopefully it the FT version won't come with the motor etc making it more affordable to do an electric conversion.
