Default ROAR Region 2 Electric Off Road Regional June 28th

Hello Racers,

The ROAR Region 2 Electric Off Road Regional Sat. June 28th, Hosted by Family Hobbies in Vineland NJ.

I am always looking for feedback from the racers on the classes. Over the past few years we have only run Mod since nobody has signed up for stock or 19T.

With that in mind below are classes we are going to be running. Going forward Stock and 19T can be added to the program.

2wd Mod
4wd Mod
Truck Mod
1/18 open (TBD)

Please check out the Family Hobbies website at
http://www.familyhobbiesraceway.com/indexb.html

There will be tech at this race so check out the ROAR web site for the rules. www.roarracing.com.

BL and Lipo will be allowed as long as they are approved by ROAR, so check out the site www.roarracing.com

Post any questions or concerns you might have.

Thank you

Kevin Boyle

Question for you. I'm a ROAR member and live in Region 1. This weekend is the region 1 race, but I'm not attending because it is in the middle of nowhere and 8 hours from LI.

Myself and a group of guys are coming to Vineland for the Region 2 race on the 28th.

I just wanted to confirm that this will not be a problem. It is my understanding that it should not be.

Thanks.

Also, what time does the track open for practice on the 28th?

No problem at all, I will be gathering the membership info for region 1 and 2...so if you need to renew your membership do it on line before the race or at the track.

Thanks John you have replied to every forum I have posted this on

See you guys soon.

Great thanks for the info. My membership is current, so I shouldn't have any problems.

I agree. I would run 19T and Mod 2wd if the class was offered.

I am looking forward to this one. It will be my first time attending this track and I have heard great things about it. I too would be down for a 19t class.

Question about pit accommodations.

Are table and chairs provided?

I don't think I'm going to have room in my car for a table.

Thanks

Guys,

Well that would be 3 for 19T but I need more people to get the class on the form. I would bring the 19T and see if we can add it. I will state this for the record that the host track will not have Trophies for the 19T class.

We can talk about this later... need to get back to work

There's covered pits but you need to bring your own table/chair/extension. Post on their forum and i'm sure someone will bring one for you to use.

I've tried to register there, but it keeps saying that my email is banned. IDK why that would be.
