Default Novak HV High-Voltage Brushless ESC or better?

Is anyone using these, if so how has it performed.
I am looking to upgrade from the GTB's,and thermeling.

ive not had a problem yet but saw one go up in smoke using a 4.5 & 5000mah 2s 7.4lipo.. I use very simular gear and have trouble with thermal cutout on esc

Now there are 3s esc's in RTR gear like the losi SpeedT and traxxas VXL
how do these hold up..?

Plus the time will come when i want to use 3s & 4s lipos

Is there anything better on the market i havent found????

one more Question what do the 1/8th conversions use for 4s

Castle Creation's Mamba Max is the most popular ESC for 1/8th scale use up to 4S. Works great on 2S in 1/10th scale applications too. Their new Monster Max (once they release the next batch) can handle even more current and up to 6S.
