Cameron, although it is tempting I DO NOT rec. using the gear diff for racing. I have never tried it but have seen others use it and their cars suffered ill effects due to it such as one tire ballooning when going down the straightaway, also their cars appearing to be very loose going into and coming out of corners probably due to the diff action being too free and cant provide proper power delivery needed in racing. When I say too free, think of it this way, tighter diff= tighter car through turns. Again this is just what I have witnessed at the track and not something that I have tried myself.
The building of really free ball diffs, that seems to be a competition in its self for many people, maybe not the best on tight indoor tracks? I run on a tight hard packed indoor track and a large open outdoor track. Should I run my diff tighter on the indoor track? 1/8-1/4 more than the outdoor track?

ok. I have a xxx-t mf2 and I have a JR z590 steering servo. Not the best but not the worst either. So when I turn it on the tires are straight. When I turn left the tires turn how they should, but when I turn right they only turn half way. Why is that and how do i fix it?

Do you have any set-up sheets for ocrc? its basically a tight indoor clay track. Im asking becasue i live 100 miles away and dont have enough time to quickly set up my car. I know the losi's can run up front, im a good driver with the right set-up, thanks in advance.
