The language is Taglish - Tagalog and English spoken in the Philippines.

DYORDZ, go to the Manila Racers thread here in the RC Tech Forum (under International Forums). All the Off-Road QCRCCC club guys from the Quezon City track post there. It really is a fun group and a nice place to race! Best of Luck in your research and purchase of a 2WD or 4WD Off-Road buggy!

Dyordz:

just buy it and don't tell her about it....just be sure you cover all your financial responsibilities and tell her tha you decided to get into this hobby to take out stress.

Ask your friends with an rc a favor, borrow the car, and let her drive it. She might just buy it for you

I've found that not saying anything is your best bet. Many evenings I've had to leave the stuff in the truck until she went to bed. Then sneak out and get it. Once I start working on it, she hasn't a clue what I'm doing. It's the only way. Unless she's into it too. If that's the case, tell her she can drive it or get one too!!!
