Default Making lexan wings cloudy

sorry for th n00b question, but does anybody know how to make clear lexan look like this?

Scuff it with a Scotchbrite pad (red works real good).

Yeah, I would say Scotchbrite red pad which is a tad rougher than the green one. Not too cloudy--just right.
