Ryan Cavalieri in RCCA interview.

I read this interview last night and i cannot believe this guy. He mentions in the second half of the article how a another racer in his way essentially could potentially cost him thousand's of dollars and this frustrates him and his paris hilton sunglasses......
What a chump.
He mentions racing and money twice....Very unprofessional.
He should keep those frustrations to himself.
What a sell out/distasteful r/c racer... I would get in his way like "whoa" after reading that.

Yeah, I read the article as well. Normally, I could see his point of view, as that is how he makes his income, but that same racer in front of him could be driving Associated/Orion product (also how he makes his income). Kind of a conflict of interest there, huh?

Yeah, he could have worded it a bit differently. I'm sure it's frustrating for him when normal folks get in his way and maybe he was just venting, but maybe he forgot where he came from. Still, it's interesting to see a pro's perspective, whether we like his attitude or not...

Everyone has to realize this is his job. Yes, he still has fun and thats why he continues to race. Ryan has put his time into RC and deserves everything he gets now. I have been really good friends with Ryan for along time and have also lived with him for the past couple of years. People dont see all the time he puts into his racing. The countless hours and days a the track practicing and racing. Not to mention all the preparation of getting ready for races.
RB FIVE - You obviously have something against him and I have no idea why.

Yo rb5 you cry on the drivers stand like you are losing thousands every race night. I bet you will never see ryan kick a wall or scraem at a marshall

In any type of racing where you get paid for your results, money is an issue. I don't see anything wrong with the comment. Especially when it is his living. I'm sure everyone in full scale racing would get frustrated too.
It's good for Ryan to tell it like it is, sure he gets frustrated. But i'm pretty sure he's not b it chin and cryin on the driver stand like others.

It is his job and wether people like it or not he is earning a living. I can imagine it is very frustrating to him at times but I havbe heard nothing but nice things about the guy. I have a buddy that talks with Ryan and he always has good things to say.
If someone cuts into your pay I would say 99% of the people would be mad so I don't see anything strange about his comments. He is no different than most everyone when it comes to pay.
