Default Gear ratios for Losi XXX-4

Just picked a xxx-4 and i wanted to know whats a good starting gear ratio for a 10.5 and a 13.5 motor?? thanks

I was running a 19/92 in mine with the 10.5. That was for the indoor track i race at..kinda tight but flowing. I had plenty of speed coming off the corner's and top end was really good. This was also with a 7.4 li-po, running a regular 6 cell you might want to drop down a tooth on the pinion. Hope this helps you out some.....frankie

I am currently doing testing for Banzai Motors on their new brushless motors and speed controls. I started with a 25/92 with the 10.5 and i have gone to a 26/92. I was told to go as high as possible but still keep the temp below 160. every 5 min i temp the motor and speed control to make sure the temp doesnt get any higher.
With 26/92 the motor came off at 156 and the speedo was at 140.
