So what are everyones thoughts on the Trinity Duo motors for offroad, in both a sensored usage and a sensorless usage?

I run the 6.5 and 10.5 with my GTB in 2wd and 4wd and they are very fast and smooth IMO. Have had no problems with them at all

I've had very good luck with my DUO motors in offroad. My 10.5 motor seems to have more top and bottom than other manufactures 10.5's. Very smooth

I have the identical Fantom Ion 10.5 green can motor in my B4 and it goes like hell! Now for my driving skill in 2WD, that's another story!

It did cog a bit on a MM ESC at low revs

i'm trying the 13.5 with a sidewinder, it cogs at low speeds. I haven't had a chance to tweak the sidewinder yet to see if I can get rid of the cogging.

instead of starting a new thread, and this one was brought back from the dead i may as well ask here since its related. somebody mentioned the fantom ion (which appears to be the same as the trinity duo)...im new to brushless, is there any differences between the 2? is it possible to "tune" a brushless? and whats the advantage to having the different sensor cables? i will be picking up my sphere comp tomorrow.

It's a term that people use to describe any kind of stuttering that a brushless motor does when you take off from a dead stop.
