At the end of the day anything can be set up well and be made to handle the rough stuff if you are a capable driver. As said a major factor is your driving skills and knowing/learning how to make changes to the car to improve the handling when needed. I have no doubts at all that in a capable drivers hands with a decent setup ( might require a bit more time than a XX4 would take to get dialled ) the XXX4 G+ will be a faster car even in the rough. There are a lot of tuning options on the car, it can be made to do anything if you have the time to make changes and test them.

Thanks for the compliments man, they are Duratrax blue countersunk washers, Tower sell them, few bux for 10, they do add a nice touch to the otherwise boring black car.

Did some rewiring and have managed to get the GTB/Velocity into the XXX4 without having to remove the fan and do anything to the body mounting etc. Had to mount the power Cap out the rear but its safe there. Heres a couple of pics for anyone looking to install a GTB/Velocity system soon.

well mine hasnt even been driven yet, shes still brand new back in my racing days i used to soak a paintbrush into some rubbing alcohol and brush the car down with that cleaning the brush a few time in between to stop the dirt going back onto the car, used to make the car come up like new and never rusted anything.

takes some time to clean it but just use simple green and a tooth brush and you'll have a clean car in no time . but after spray the joints bulk head cvd's and everything that can rust with WD-40 and blow off with an air compresser and your DIALED .

Hey there dude, good to see you bought one, you wont be dissapointed!

Seems quite a few people on here run brushless, i find the brushless a bit hard to pull up from high speed, the brakes arent as good as the brushed mods, but i havent had a good chance to drive it and play with the GTB yet, im sure i can get a bit more out of it.

I brought it off ebay, from the states.
I got free shipping to, which is always a plus
