New one? I had no Idea they made a new one. The first xxx got was an original with the green belt. The next xxx was the G+ version. I basically stipped both cars and built a nice graphite one. What's the difference between the old and the new? If I baby the reverse it seems ok but if I snap it in reverse see ya I get a nice zzzzzzzz and have to take the tensioner off and reroute the belt again. I also have the new heavy duty belts (yellow)

The part number for the updated tensioner is : LOSA3283 , the tensioner that comes with the car is : LOSA3239, but I am not sure if even the updated one is still available. I do know that you can buy the tensioner and the updated belt kit still :LOSA3277.

I think this tensioner would help solve your problem.

I've used the LCD's since last summer and (knocks on wood) haven't had any problems with them. I can see the benfits of aluminum CVD's though, especially if your racing in stock or superstock.

yeah totally, for stock, the aluminium cvd option is handy, but there has been a lot of disatisfaction with the lcd's in this thread and losi must have a reason for releasing the cvd when it had previously been discontinued, whatever the situation, i was concerned that i would be having to watched ebay for years in search of new cvds to keep my car going, or find an alternative, luckily, i wont need to do that now

I ended up taking your advice after a lot of researching it to make sure i could gear the car correctly etc, turns out its the perfect weapon for 17.5, and im impressed with it so far, im looking forward to running it this year

Default XXX-4 Graphite+ updates

What updates does the latest iteration of the XXX-4G+ come with? Aruora body? Updated belt tensioner? Updated belt? Are there any more recent updates that came out after the kits were produced or have there been running changes?

Thanks
