The xxx4 can be kinda noisy. Run the belt loose enough so it rachets 1-2 times under the hardest braking you can do.

ok, I am going to pick up the g+ HD belt, it is kinda whiny too, I am running the blue spur and a 18 pinion I believe...

not that i can remember, buti took the xxx-cr outdrives and put them in mine. they work great!

You can get an extra set of the steel rear xxx4 outdrives and put them in the front (exactly the same) or get the xxxcr outdrives.

I would keep the plastic, its alot lighter--mine seem to be pretty durable, no problems yet.

im actually running a front one-way with plastic diff in the rear works really great

X-Factory sells a pretty robust English-made oneway. But if you're looking for something less expensive, I've got a brand new, never-used Losi oneway unit for $35 shipped.

ive noticed a lot more on power steering. also takes hairpins a lot better. take the one way and the cr steering rack thru the chassis ans the thing turns on a dime!

Ive just got a xxx4 G+ from my bro, and cant get it to steer correctly. We went over the whole car, DLed setups, but cant find anything to make it steer better. At high speeds it turns fine, but through corners you have to take it very slow and wide. Any suggestions or similar things going on with your xxx?
