Go to the max amps web site. For free you can get a dvd that explains every thing to you. From save operation, useage and storage. This way you can get your info from a company that actually makes packs and sells lipos.

No offence to anyone who gave advice. Just another reference for the orgional poster.

The Kokam site also has a lot of good info, including test results. And they actually make cells as I understand it.

After some experimentation of lowering cut-off voltage during discharge, I found that a discharge cut-off voltage of 3.5-3.6V gets the pack near 7.4V after the battery settles (a few seconds after the discharge had stopped).

Also, with the aforementioned cut-off voltage, I also observed the computed mAh that the charger/discharger shows during the discharge cycle is about 50% of the rated capacity of the pack.
