Default good 1/8th scale buggy

I'm thinking about getting my first 1/8th scale buggy. I was looking at the Ofna Ultra MBX Pro RTR Just for bashing, and maybe some occasional racing. I don't need a $400-$600 ride just to beat on. Gotta save dough for my other cars!

Sounds good. You will need a better stearing servo but otherwise that's a perfect choice.

dawg,

The Ultra is a good choice. Just make sure you can get some parts (mainly arms, arm mounts, hubs, shock parts and towers) locally for whatever car you end up with. Not all LHS's can cary all the 1/8 kits and parts. Waiting for a part to come in the mail cane be a major pain in the azz..
