Default battery false peaking?

this past weekend my batterys have been false peaking, just my 3000's, when i charge my 2400's they charge no problem.

i use a novak mill pro at 6 volts or amps (cant remember what the right word is) and the cut off is not adjustable in the nimh 2 mode. ive read on other boards and talked people and they said that the novak has problem with false peaking. im thinking of getting a reedy quasar pro anyways but i was wondering if there is anything i could do to get my batterys to stop false peaking?

The peak detect in the nimh mode is set pretty low and i think was made more for the panasonic nimh cells since they were more sensative. Change charge mode to NICD linear, set your charge rate at 6.0amps or something else if you wish to change it, then set your peak detect at 60mv for 3000HV's and if you get GP 3300's peak detect at 50mv chharge rate at 5.0 amps.

If you read the instructions for the Millennium, there should be a way to change the cutoff. Changing the charging amps will only charge faster.
