As others have said already... The kits offered now from a number of places are not that difficult to build yourself. If you can build a kit and have a hand drill you can do it.

have you guys even looked at the rc8 conversion kit from rcproductdesigns?
how much more factory bolt in do you want. the only mod is holes in the esc.. thats it
there has been years of testing and modding to get the kits handling the best.. and easiest to install.. not to mention durability
