Default Tamiya hotshot 2007

Hi,

I found that my rear dogbones on this kit looks like it's "powder coated"

When i look at the pictures at tamiya's site of the car, the dogbones are nice and shiny, do i need to buff 'em? or should i leave them like this, why did they not shine them for me?

Thanks.

I'd imagine they polish the thing to death for the promo shots, I wouldn't worry about it, They won't exactly be showroom condition after its first run.

Thanks for that but i still feel i need to shine 'em, the old hotshot dogbones were not so "unfinished", does everyone else leave they're new Hotshot dogbones like this?
