If it has a trickle mode try leaving it on that for a while. Then switch back to peak mode and see if it holds.

You should try to find bad/weak cells one at a time in each pack and put packs together with only the good cells.

I used one of my old chargers... this exact one>> http://www.rcdocuments.com/Orion_D48_AC-DC_Charger.pdf

and charged up a 300mah battery no problem and it lasted for about 12-15mins I would say... Maybe I'll have to use this thing to get them going. I just don't remember how long I should charge them for, so I am constantly standing by to make sure they don't get too hot because it never tells you when they are finished.

I am still running the the "old" XXX-BK 1.(w/ the newer vla arms adn hubs)
I am no super fast guy but I know it isn't what keeps me from winning...it's just me.
I like my old buggy.

there is nothing wrong with the bk1. still a very durable car, and still competitive

Hey mephyst where are u located and what track are u riding at? I race at a MX track with a rc car track to just curious of your location.
