Paul S. showed us his truck at a recent race. We were very impressed with it. He was actualy TQ but a racing accident took out of the top spot of the A Main. One thing for sure we will be checking it out when they become available.

Has anybody seen any pics of the prototype? I took a quick look at 2wdrc.com and didn't see anything. I wonder how far along they are with the development of the truck. I would really like to get one for the upcoming outdoor season.

Thanks,

There are some pictures in this thread on 2wdrc.com but I'm sure several other places will have pictures up soon from Cactus.

The proto I saw in Milwaukee (Kinwald's) had losi front shocks on the rear laydown style. It was very fast as he TQ'd over Cavalleri. It looked pretty edgy/twitchy in the turns.

There were actually 2 X-60s that made A mains at the Cactus Classic. My son Alex (SpeedyPenguin) took his X-60 prototype to the stock truck A main. I'm a proud papa.

Oh yeah, I made the C main with mine. Pretty impressive for me.

The truck is coming along nicely. We are moving forward and will post more info as it is available.

Brian's current setup is pretty traditional with regular full length truck shocks in the rear.

Why did he elect to switch back to a conventional style when his truck worked so good with the laydown style at trackside?
