I know it's going to end up costing me some dough....but That is one sexy looking radio in my opinion. It's basically just a re-vamped Mars but I love the design and with the drop wheel from the EX10...it's going to be pretty sick looking!

I have the nomadio react now and hate it with a passion...so, the UR will be my upgrade

I had a Mars R with spektrum (and did the spektrum internal antenna mod) and it was nice. I just didn't care for the tiny LCD.

That radio's case goes WAY back. Maybe even the first pistol-wheel radio that KO ever made? If I recall, the older ones didn't fit large hands very well. Just FYI in case you're shopping.

it's like an E30 M3...boxy as hell....sexy as hell in my opinion!

ya know....that nomadio is a great radio for what it has...the features rival any M11, any 3PK, any EX10....and has 2.4ghz built in! It just looks and feels like a toy so....that's my only beef with it.

i got mine today and it's pretty nice. i put the lipo out of my Helios in it so it's nice and like and the Spektrum pro from my Helios works perfect in it as well so i'll run that until KO's 2.4 system is out in June

Hey guys I just ordered one of these the other day. I've run Airtronics for the past 10 years so this is a pretty big change for me!

Anyone know if I can use an Airtronics 27mhz receiver with my new KO? I used to run Futaba recievers with my Airtronics stuff but I wasn't sure if Airtronics and KO would work the same way or not.

Also, anyone hear when the drop down wheel will be available? I got one on backorder from my LHS but haven't heard an arrival date yet.

The one question I have seen asked or answered is, Why?

Why would KO make a newer model radio in the older Mars case? Maybe I've been out of it, but wasn't the Helios case an 'upgrade' to the old Mars case? I understand that the new UR will have better circuitry than the Helios, I just don't understand going backwards with the case design. I love using my Helios and thought it to be an excellent upgrade in case design with the jog wheel, bigger lcd scree, and pivoting steering wheel compared to the older Mars models. Maybe I'm the exception? I don't know. Maybe one of you guys know the answer?
