Does the brake part of the trigger come all the way out? I took the screw out but I couldn't seem to slide it all the way out and didn't want to break it. If I can get the whole brake part off I'll just try to heat it and bend it into a shape that will fit better....

YES it slides all the way out. The screw comes out then you have to pop the little collet out that the screw goes into. Make sure you don't lose it

Sorry to ask again but I gotta have this figured out before I run this weekend:

Can you adjust the spring tension of the steering wheel? On my m11 you would just tighten or loosen a screw in the middle of the wheel but I don't see that on the UR...I'm not a fan of how hard it pulls the wheel back to center.

Any ideas?

27mhz is pretty much universal.
You should be able to use any reciever and any crystals.

I have a Mars R that I run Airtronics,and Ko Crystals with.
I use Ko,Tekin,Airtronics,Novak, and LRP Recievers all on 27mhz.
No problems at all.

Well, I've always got an eye on the Mars. But it's too small for my hands Never liked the look of Helios, but it might have a nice grip. I'm still happy with my Presto... But most likely the UR will catch my eyes, when it's around...

I like the Helios and UR. I like the screen and dial adjustment on the Helios. I wish they would use it on the UR. Does anyone have a clear close-up of the UR screen and buttons ?

There are a lot of people that like the design of the UR better than the Helios.

Does the EX-1 UR need digital servos? I'm looking for a high end radio but would still like to run analog servos sometimes (too many cars).
