I thought I was onto something.

But back to the original question... buggy grip vs zip free? I haven't tried zip free yet but every time I've raced a big race on a clay track, and the mains were later on the evening and the track started drying out and losing it's tackiness, it seems the fast guys switch to zip free.

buggy grip mixed with zip free, wd40, orange blast, and deisel fuel. the best thing ever. really bad smelling but good. i like to mix wd40 with the zip, works great.

I usually think its the opposite. I always like zip free when its wetter, but then things like death grip or paragon work better when it dries out. Cav won the 07 columbus race on wd40.

well i have tried both at my local track here in PA and i like zip free when the track is a little cold and once the track warms up i go to buggy grip cause the temp increase lets the dirt hold moisture better and then the traction increases just my 2 cents on the two.
