Default rear tower

Hey Ronnie, I have been breaking rear towers like I have stock in Kyosho. Now I am in Michigan and it is kind of cold at the track 55-65 degrees. They keep breaking at the top set of mounting holes. One of them broke last night after a very mild crash. I am not the only one breaking these either and it is becoming an epidemic. I want to know if the carbon rear tower from kyosho is any stronger than the plastic one? And have you tried the Atomic or Diggity carbon fiber towers? This is the only thing that breaks on my car and would like to solve this so I can drive with out fear of any small crash might break the damn tower.

Hey Ronie, thanks for the SP setup. Been looking to put a pro setup on this car for a little while now. I was really pleased with the initial kit setup, but it did seem a bit soft for my liking. Problem is, I'm terrible at trying to 'correct' the setup myself and would more than likely make matters worse if I start messing with the springs and oil. Your setup is quite a departure from the kit, so I can't wait to test it.

This was asked a few posts up, but I don't think you saw it. Which blue springs on the rear are you referring to? Is it the #68 springs? I know Kyosho just released another spring for the RB5/ZX5, but I can't remember what color and weight it was.

Hi Ronnie,

I want to run your loose track RB5 set up however I have been unable to buy all of the parts necessary for the mid rear conversion. What changes would you make to the set up you listed to get a similar result with the standard rear end.

We have a Nationals coming up next week and I will be running 27 turn stock and not mod so any help would be great.

Cheers

James

Ronnie, I'm not understanding your "1-b" "2-b" settings on the camber links. Which part of your designation refers to the hub, and which refers to the diff case? also, I don't know which way you are counting (lettering) from inside out, or outside in? It isn't labeled on the setup sheets (or at least the ones I have).
