It's not the racing that I don't want to do anymore, it's all the other activities associated with it. Like the long drives to the track, being at the track for 10 hours and all the prep work that goes into it.

Todd is a sissy, you can tell he's not a real gashole because if he was, he would be breathing in as many of those fumes as possible!!!!

Roy...Yeah it does burn up a lot of time that could be used doing something else.

76nova1.....Nope...I just used a setup I got online on that car and didn't really change anything on it other than tires.

Roy needs a big ole' billy truck 8ight-T. I will fly by night to be a personal mechanic, only two rules, you can't lift and you must run a .28
Time for a comeback.

First stop is PnT in Mitchell, if the roof hasn't fallen in again, hit Paul in the shin a few times.

That sounds like fun for everyone but the turn marshalls. I heard you moved to Utah and became a mormon, how is that working out for you?

Roy- When are you racing? Man, the little lady put the screws to you huh?? lol... Try to make it up to Planet sometime, you can drop your wife off at the Fashion Mall down the road.

Robbers- Sorry to hijack your thread. Roy is like a modern day Sasquatch or Tom Cruise's baby. When people think you can get a glimpse of him, you will go to great lengths to do so. The Howard Hughes of R/C....

RT, Out....

Roy its great out here. I have 5 wives and 7 kids, with one on the way. Best thing is they don't talk and never look me in the eye. I am King.

Racing is bogus here, I go to the Pit in AZ twice a year, thats about all my fun. I'm on a get back to nature kick and the area is incredible to hike and camp in, if nothing its a nice change from IN. If you get bored I have a guest bedroom, but you'd have more fun getting a billy truck and coming out to the pit for the Nitro Challenge. The thing comes built and I'll do the rest.

I have a question about the new D4 shocks... Besides the shock bodies, do you know what other shock parts will be needed to upgrade?

Thanks
Jim

The shock shafts, bottom and top shock caps, I don't remember if the spacers that go by or between the o-rings are the same or if they are different, shock collars, and o-ring for the top shock cap. So basically what you can use/share from the standard shocks are the springs, plastic shock bottom & the metal ball that goes into the shock bottom, o-rings, possibly the spacers between the o-rings, and shock oil if you really wanted to.
