If I read the rules right, you can't run stock if in mod. There's alot in mod class.

You are correct, but there were alot in mod last year as well. There is still time to sign up so it could change. Most guys that run stock usually run 19T and not mod. So I doubt the rule has anything to do with it. And I believe it was the same rule last year.

Will a brushed motor go for a 15 minute main? What do we need to do to keep it cool?

Yes a brushed motor will go 15 min but you want some fresh batts or lipo. 4200 would be a minium for nimh IMO.

If you are geared correctly, heat shouldnt be much of an issue. If you are running Nimh cells, charge them at 4amps to help get you through the 15 minutes without any issues.

Yes, like Casper said, 4200's minimum. 4500 Slinghsots would be better though!

Got some 4600s, I know they'll go all the way to the end. It's going to be interesting how each type will do.

Only about 6 weeks left before the Cactus! I can't wait!

So how's the pitting going to work out this year?

Dawn, we register online but paid at the shop, I notice there's a 1.00 charge. Let me know if I still need to pay the charge, I don't want it to hold back our entry. Thanks

If you paid at the shop, there is no reason to sign up online.

However, if you paid at the shop and you do not see your name on the list, then you need to message me or email me.
