Yeah that sucks. There have been many times in my career where you can hit a pipe 10 times nice a square and nothing happens. Then the time you brush it, you get it just right and the hole side falls off!

You had me for a while there and the racing was fun. I was just out there running as consistant of laps as I could. The layout made for some good racing and that triple decided a race or two. Like I have stated before this was the most fun watching the modified triple a-mains in a really long time as all three of them came down to the wire. Even qualifying was super tight. Great show this year guys!

I forgot and was pretty much an unknown thing from people.... But a big thanks to Bobby Davis from Albuquerque. He helped with pretty much every thing on the scoring computer when JB needed it.

Thanks Casper, glad you enjoyed the race.

I just wanted to say thanks to the whole SRS crew and Jimmy Babcock for putting on a great race and to Joey for building a great track. Earlier in this thread I commented on how the track looked very easy and too open for a Cactus layout. Well I am here to say that I was wrong in jumping to conclusions before hitting the track. The track was very technical and challenging with it's elevation change and strategically placed jumps and rollers. A perfect example of how difficult the track really was, was all of the crashing in the modified A mains. I can't remember ever watching modified A mains with so much carnage and inconsistant driving. It just proved how tough the track really was.

Bravo SRS!!!!

I thought I would just drop in on this thread and thank the SRS crew, JB and the racers for making this another Cactus to remember. As Hodapp said, quite the technical track once you got on it and saw it was very difficult to go fast....

Already looking forward to next year.....Can we send our entries in now Dawn.......
