Default What 2wd buggies have no issues with lipo fitment

I am curious as to which buggies have no problem with lipo fitment. Basically looking for something like this:

Kyosho RB5
- MaxAmps 6000 2S2P 7.4v perfect fit
- Orion / Peak 3200 7.4V perfect fit

Something like this to make it easy when looking for battery fitment. So based on what you have actually put in the vehicle, please post.

Thanks again. Will modify the listing going forward. If you needed to request a certain wire configuration please note that too.

MaxAmps 6000 2S2P 7.4v in a Kyosho RB5...perfect fit. I can also move the pack forward or to the rear for weight transfer.

Most lipos will fit just about any buggy on the market with little to no worries. It's when you get into the larger mili amp batteries where it becomes a problem. The max amps 6000 fits decent into just about buggy, but I have seen that as a generic rule of thumb, any lipo under 5000mah will fit with no problems.

Max amos and other sites do give you the measurements of there batteries if that is of any help.

Edit:...

I didnt understand the topic of the post at first, sorry for the mis-understanding.

Orgional RC 10T, B3, B4 and T4 all fit the Trak Power 4900 lipos. The 10t needed to have the front battery cup modified, because of the leingth of the battery.

The RC10 B4 will fit those withour mods. The B4 will fit any battery available (flightpower(hard or soft pack) polyquest maxamps) length wise, on 2s, The B4 will fit up to a 5000 on 3s and 2s will run the 8000 maxamp packs

Does teh Orion 3200 fit good in the Losi CR? I am planning on using this for mod, so i will be adding weight to the battey on the side of the battery holdown and not the chassis, cause i will be running regular batteries in stock

Yes it fits well.

I buddy of mine made up a really slick "weight bar" for his car. Basically you take a piece of lexan and cut it out to the same dimensions as the Lipo battery then set the battery in the car, put the Lexan piece on top of the battery then up the hold down strap on the car. Now on either side of the strap stick on the lead weights until you get the desired weight. Now when you run stock you can just take the lexan piece out. Works great!

The lead weights hold the piece in place.

that's a maxamps 6000 so you might want a little more for the Orion 3200.
