Thats great. Can't wait to try them out. I think this is really going to help my car out. One of the last big changes I need to do to my car.

I was messing with my car today just to see how much different my suspension will be when I get my car up the standard 4600 weight and man I needed a few more turns on my shock collars that for sure.

You go get 304 Stainless Steel, cut it (not that easy to cut through 2.5mm cleanly), de-burr the edges, finish it and then pay for shipping it as well (4.5 oz is more than just a stamp). You found out my big secret to making millions!

He's not thinking about packaging, the raw material itself, the labor involved in cutting and finishing, and not to mention the gas to and fro doing all this. So yeah, its a metal plate for fifteen bucks. Did you see the pictures? If you can do it cheaper or better have at it.

I was more than happy to pay 15 bucks to have a custom made plate, finished and sent to my house. It was great to have another R/C guy lay out a bunch of money upfront to get us some that will really help me out that I didn't have access to.

FYI - I ran the Johnnyboy LiPo plate this past weekend at a ROAR Regional race with my Trakpower LiPo and the cars were being teched by a ROAR official.
My JB LiPo plate equipped 2wd Buggy passed tech each and every time.

Even better. I use the same battery combo and will use the same lipo plate as you so that is cool info to know.

I ordered an 1/8th thick 6" x 6" piece of Lead from McMaster Carr. It's not as pretty as Stainless, but it works. I even have enough left over to have a spare.
