You do your marble look in the area you want it in while leaving the rest of the body masked . Using a scrunched up plastic baggy while the paint in wet will get a nice marble look .

The front side doesnt look correct, the bumper has to sit tight against the kickplate, it looks like there is a gap on yours.

That's exactly how I've done the marble paint in the past. Turns out fantastic.

So in the area that I want to have the effect, I apply the paint fairly thickly (1 thick coat), and then straight after wipe it with a plastic bag thats scrunched up?

That pretty much sums it up. If you are unsure of the turn out, practice on a 2-liter bottle or a piece of cardboard. I don't use a heavy coat at first, but I'm still using rattle cans. so I guess it ends up heavy compared to an airbrush. Scrunch up a paper/plastic bag. Then some people will tie the bag and some don't. I don't. Then put the bag on the paint and twist, or pull/push, or spin. Each bag and each technique will result in different patterns. It's hard to duplicate on several bodies, but the effect ends up the same. Then apply the next color. It's pretty easy.

Ya if you do use the Marble look dont be like an idiot like me and just use your hand's,The paint is really really hard to get off and so i just took a shower and was in there forever trying to get it off,So if you do it use a plastic bag like "AIR8" Said.

Don't forget to put the wing on it. It makes a HUGE difference in handling.

You're gonna wait till Feb? Man, that's a month away. Get over here to Hutch sometime and put that thing on the track. There was a large turnout last night from what I hear. I'm on evening shift right now so I couldn't make it. Good racing for sure.
