You might try http://oople.com

Check out their forums, there might be something in there about the Durango.

You can't buy a 'durango', but the Serpent S500 (their new version of the durango) will be released in a few months. Probably see something at the Nurnberg toyfair in February but I'd not expect the production car for a little while yet.

well i hope the serpent people will try to get the cost of a durango down from $500 + ,maybe after the tooling and refinement after the offroad world in japan will lower the cost and durability

There has to be some way to get a durango. Is there any pics of any out there? I want to see them all.

There was never a way to get a "durango".

Gerd contacted drivers himself to drive his buggy.

Now he is working together with Serpent and this will outcome the Serpent S500 buggy of wich you saw proto's running the worlds.

the earlier versions of the Durango did have a price and at least 'appeared' to be for sale for approx $1000. The current narrow chassis style has never been openly for sale (and would cost a lot more). People have bought them privately of course.

Sure once serpent puts the car on the market (unless it is, I didn't know that yet), then you can have a car like that

I think it's highly unlikely. I've no doubt it will be a stunning car, and an improvement over the original Durango concept, but certainly not all machined alloy like this.
