What are the 3 washers for on the shocks tt shows on page 11 step 4. (Shock downstop limiter 1/32) Is the optional? I don't see it on the next page where they show all the parts and how they go together. I put them in but are they needed? OR is it another setup thing where you can put 0-3 to do different things?
