Default new to electric!! need help!!!

just got my my a used bk2 and now gettin a good 19 turn motor and new speedo, question is , iam goin to get maybe a 4200 or 400 stick pack for him, i have a dynamite charger to charge but do i have to discharge befor i charge the pack,should i by a discharger or will my charger discharge,? its the dynamite one that also charges lipo batteries, i think its the vision peak-ultra. can someone help me out?? iam not trying to spend too much so i was looking at the dynamite 14 turn speedo or see how much its goin to be to fix my lrp v7.1 digital speedo not sure on the motor but i need recommendations!!!

For a 19T I would buy the Orion 19T V2 or the Checkpoint Money. You don't need a discharger, when the cells start to drop off they are low enough.

so really iam just goin to charge when the pack starts to die??

I don't discharge very often before charging. Mainly only if the packs have sat a long time and I'm going racing I cycle them the day before. Just run them down in the car, let them cool, then charge em back up. All is good. Leave the battery voodoo to the stock racers.

all i do w/ my batts are when i get done with my race i put them back in the case until next race day, charge and run then repeat.
